V. ANTECEDENTS, SECOND: POSSIBLE MURDER
In 2013 Mr. Williamson was introduced to Mr. Gonsalo Dojaque
Acuna who expressed interest in building Mr. Williamson’s solar
panel invention which he had named SOLARSNAP. A short time later
Mr. Williamson signed a letter of intent to begin developing a
maquiladora manufacturing arm of the SOLARSNAP company in
Mexico, in the city of Hermosillo with the express intention to
manufacture his invention.
Prototype development began and fund raising efforts lead to capital
contributions from investors. Immediately upon funding bank
accounts, Jon Doe and Jane Doe began unlawfully removing funds,
beginning in early 2014. In the summer of that year, the board of
directors of SOLARSNAP confronted Mr. Dojaque and Mr. Doe and
demanded that they cease embezzlement activity. See Exhibit AY
Acuna Stock Violation Reprimand.
Mr. Dojaque was ½ partner in another company named [REDACT]
which specializes in custom fabrication and metal works. [REDACT]
was co-owned and operated by the two primary partners, Mr.
Dojaque Acuna and Mr. Doe. Mr. Dojaque was [REDACT]. Jane Doe
was employed as the accountant for both SOLARSNAP and
[REDACT]. When SOLARSNAP was formed the land, Lot 14, had not
yet been fully purchased. Apparently, a large down payments was
still required. By embezzling millions of pesos from SOLARSNAP and
its unwitting investors, Mr. Dojaque and Mr. Doe were finally able to
purchase this hectaria, located in the Industrial Park of Hermosillo.
Two checks were written on 10 October 2014 as contained in the
land title totaling 406,250 pesos as proffered in the lawsuit filed in
2018 between SOLARSNAP and the THIRD PARTY INTERESTED,
demonstrating substantial denominations exchanged for the land.
This money was allegedly taken directly from the approximately
900,000 pesos in funds collected between 6 January 2014 19
December 2014 from SOLARSNAP investors as demonstrated in
Exhibit AZ, Pagos Inversionistas. These payments were collected
from SOLARSNAP investors for stock in SOLARSNAP, not for a land
purchase. Collection receipts of these funds with their individual
names as SOLARSNAP investors is presented as Exhibit AZ.
Therefore, SOLARSNAP investors have directly and substantially
funded the purchase of the real estate described as lot 14.
Sample from the seventy-nine (79) SOLARSNAP Investor payment
receipts contained in Exhibit AZ.
Each of the investors were given stock certificates in SOLARSNAP,
not land titles or rights as such. These investor payment receipts
were found in a plastic container in his office after Mr. Dojaque
passed away. The container held numerous other such documents
which had never been shared with Mr. Williamson in contravention
to agreements. See Exhibit AW, Contracts of Foreign Corporation and
Authorization to Represent SOLARSNAPS SAPI DE CV. These
contracts delineated a very clear relationship whereby the principle
actors were to act as custodians and guardians of the multinational
corporation. Also contained in the aforementioned Exhibit folder is
the email sent by Mr. Dojaque with the contracts attached. The email
Page 2 of 23
forensics time stamps containing attachments as well as notary
signature provides irrefutable proof of participation in these
contracts by Mr. Dojaque.
As stated Mr. Dojaque and Mr. Doe were reprimanded for absconding
with SOLARSNAP investor funds for private use, as illustrated in
Exhibit AY. As a part of the remedy to heal the theft of funds from
SOLARSNAP investors and other sources, Mr. Dojaque agreed to give
SOLARSNAP 1/16th of the hectaria real estate. This remuneration
was accepted by SOLARSNAP. At the time Mr. Dojaque stated that
this portion of the land belonged to him and that it was his to give.
SOLARSNAP took possession of said real estate and was promised
entry into the land title escritura documents.
However, some time later, in early 2017, Mr. Dojaque was again
reprimanded for improperly taking company funds, this time through
government grants valued at over $3.8 million pesos. He and Jane
Doe had begun to arbitrarily take funds from the store bank account,
likely to cover [REDACT] payroll and other expenses.
In a highly significant meeting, as it was the last of Mr. Dojaque’s
life, he agreed to repay a portion of this stolen money and to attend
an audit with Jane Doe.
In this matter, Mr. Williamson, makes the following statement and
presents the following evidence,
I strongly suspect that Mr. Dojaque Acuna was murdered and did
not commit suicide as stated in the police report. His death occurred
the day after he and I had met and agreed that he would speak to
Jon and Jane Doe about returning $1 million pesos of stolen funds
to SOLARSNAP. Also, in the meeting, he agreed to attend an audit for
the examination of accounting irregularities. I told him in this final
meeting that by simply returning $1 million pesos, completing an
audit, and completing any other legal severance activities such as
removing his Mr. Doe from the Mexican corporation that I would let
them off the hook for the rest of the money.
He accepted the offer and expressed his willingness to participate in
fixing any issues. We both knew that $1 million was a lot less than
what they had actually stolen. This offer seemed quite equitable and
and generous as it was far below the total theft amount. Had I
known that I was probably negotiating for my friends life, not
Page 3 of 23
realizing how much trouble he was in, I probably would have been
far more generous. Gonsalo was a private man, and he had not told
me a lot of things that would come to light after he passed away. I
wish that he could have told me more, I perhaps could have done
more to help save him.
Between myself and two administrative assistants, we had just
completed taking over all of the accounting for SOLARSNAP, from his
wife. Over the preceding six months, I had slowly reassigned many
accounting activities to a new administrator who was working
upstairs with me, adjacent to my office. I had announced the
termination of Jane Doe from SOLARSNAP in October of the same
year. I had been calculating losses since about June, and knew at
that time, mid November, that they had likely taken at least $5
million pesos. I was trying to keep things quiet because I did not
want a scandal to erupt, nor did I want the employees to start
gossiping about the company in a bad way.
In that final meeting, Gonsalo seemed relieved, and like a great
burden had been lifted from his shoulders. It was at this time, at
approximately 5:00 pm, the final evening before his death, he told
me that he would get to work right away and return 40,000 pesos by
transfer by the next day. He left the meeting agreeably, and seemed
somewhat relieved, but that would be the last meeting together of
our lives.
We went downstairs together, and I handed him some metal strips
that he was going to take back to [REDACT]. We walked outside
together. I remember that it was late in the day. He said that he
would speak to his partner over there, Jon. I waived goodbye and
watched him walk away in his boots holding the metal strips. He was
smiling and seemed happy, although he still looked to be in very ill
health. That was the last time that I would see him alive.
That evening at 8:22 PM, he sent me an image of a check via
WhatsApp for 17,939 pesos which he had apparently just obtained
from [REDACT] in conjunction with his partner, Jon Doe. Clearly he
was going around collecting funds to make good on his promise to
immediately return 40,000 in funds that Jon and Jane Doe had
stolen. I expected him to deliver some or all of this money to
SOLARSNAP at least by the following morning, but, instead he was
found dead with a cable wrapped tightly around his neck the
following day.

Williamson
See Exhibit BC for Whatsapp conversation that I sent a few minutes
after our final meeting, at 5:42 PM. I had brought him into my office
a little before 5:00 PM, and we had that final meeting. We had come
to some resolution in the meeting, and then I had walked him
downstairs about 5:30. I then sent him the message: “Agreed, you
will deposit 40,000 and we will review our books for the last year
together next week. We can iron out any possible discrepancies
then….”. This reflected the contents of the meeting we just had.
I went to the SOLARSNAP store the next morning and met with
Laura from Uniradio and our promotions team in preparation for the
live remote show that we were going to do that day to promote the
San Benito store on Radio Cien. I had been searching for Gonsalo
with my telephone and had not been able to reach him. In the early
afternoon one of my employees came running up to me and told me
that Gonsalo was dead. He said that Gonsalo’s wife had said that
Gonsalo had died suddenly of a heart attack. This really surprised
me in a terrible way. I had felt that something was terribly wrong for
the last few months.
Radio Cien: SolarSnap Store Promotion
Later, the story was changed to, he had died from suicide by
hanging. This seemed suspicious, because I knew that he was under
some kind of pressure that I could not fully explain. However, I did
not at that time strongly suspect foul play in his death. At that time,
none of the people around him seemed at all violent to me. My
opinion in this regard would change later.
Upon investigation we discovered the “official report” was that
Page 6 of 23
Gonsalo was alleged to have hung himself in a carport of his
mother’s home. Examination of coroner forensics photos showed that
Mr. Dojaque was found dead with a steel cable wrapped tightly
around his neck secured with two cable clamps on the back of his
neck. However, Gonsalo was not at all skilled with hand tools and,
from looking at the photos, it looked like it would have been nearly
impossible for anyone to make a cable so incredibly tight around
their own neck and then to secure it in the back with two cable
clamps. Then they would have to somehow tie it or fasten it high
enough to levitate themselves off the ground. This entire scenario
seems ludicrous to me. The cable was so tight, it looked as if
breathing would be impossible. Also it went around his neck twice.
Was this to hide strangulation marks?
This manner of taking one’s own life would be extremely painful and
seemed highly unlikely for my friend. Nor did he seem at all suicidal.
He was sick, but not suicidal. We were in the midst of many great
projects, and he seemed in no way like he did not want to live. If the
act had been voluntary, why not use a rope? Cable clamps seem to
infer forcible murder, perhaps even with a message attached to it.
The police never contact me, nor does there appear to have ever been
much of an investigation. This alone seems suspicious. The financial
undercurrents occurring at the time should have been investigated
by competent law enforcement, but apparently we are deficient in
having honest police in Sonora. I did not begin to suspect foul play
until many months after his death, and after I had seen the coroner’s
forensics report, the steel cable and the two cable clamps, in the
back!
Jon and Jane Doe are criminally liable for embezzlement. As
previously stated, in our final meeting, Mr. Dojaque had committed
to return a portion of funds, and to attend an examination audit with
her. However, he had made this commitment to myself without first
gaining her consent. As stated, see Exhibit BC for Whatsapp
conversation that occurred just after our final meeting at 5:42 PM. If
he had then gone to Jon and Jane Doe and told them of his promise
to take Jane to such a financial examination, this could have lead to
tensions.
It seems readily apparent that Jon and Jane Doe did not wish to
return any of the stolen money and a heated disagreement may have
broken out between the three of them after our meeting when he
went to confront them at [REDACT] and [REDACT]. Certainly, some
discussion of money had taken place as evidenced by the check
Page 7 of 23
image that he had sent to me by WhatsApp at 8:22 PM. He died
within hours of sending me the photo of the check, and this money
was never delivered to SOLARSNAP. Non payment of $1 million
pesos, skipping an uncomfortable and risky audit that would have
likely exposed $8 million pesos or more in misappropriation of funds,
builds a strong motive for murder.
Immediately after his death Jon and Jane insisted on cremating the
body of Gonsalo which took place in approximately 36 hours after
his death. This destruction of his body may have been an act of
evidence destruction.
The death of Mr. Dojaque Acuna saved Jon and Jane Doe a great
deal of money, eliminated a cooperative witness against them where
criminal liability existed, and freed them up to avail themselves of
the taking of the real estate of SOLARSNAP by any means they
wished. Mr. Dojaque Acuna would have vigorously protested such an
action.
On the day after his death, while still at the funeral parlor, Jon and
Jane Doe began stealing various corporate assets and attempted to
assume the authority of Mr. Dojaque to the workers and vendors of
SOLARSNAP in an effort to quickly shut the company down. This
attack was highly coordinated and efficient, as if it had been planned
and premeditated.
Clearly the in-laws of Mr. Dojaque objected to the existence of
SOLARSNAP and participation in a financial audit. This, therefore,
builds a strong motive to eliminate Mr. Dojaque. He died at his
mother’s house, away from [REDACTED] that he shared with
[REDACTED]. The violent and extremely abusive behaviors of the
Doe’s and related Grijalva Gamez families demonstrate ready actors
of crimes of almost any magnitude and the ease by which they are
able to take control of and manipulate the police of Sonora.
Early on in our partnership Gonsalo Dojaque confided in me that he
felt trapped between Jon and Jane Doe. At home, [REDACTED] was
[REDACTED] to this partner and at work he was confronted by a
constrained set of beliefs that would never allow the company they
shared to grow. I think that Gonsalo saw SOLARSNAP as an escape
route to his conundrum of feeling trapped between two relationships
that constrained him. Gonsalo believed in the start-up mind set of
Silicon Valley and together we founded SOLARSNAP upon such a
manner of sudden advancement and wealth creation, similar to
Page 8 of 23
Google, Facebook and eBay. These were ideals not embraced by
[REDACTED] or his [REDACTED], but deeply felt and wanted by
Gonsalo and myself. I am from Southern and Central California and
have worked in the tech start-up field for 30+ years.
Furthermore, Gonsalo was having very peculiar health issues. He
was having terrible skin lesions, having great difficulty sleeping and
experiencing inexplicable bouts of nausea. He was contacting me in
the middle of the night to tell me so.
His mysterious illness began in about September of 2017, two
months before his death. He sent me 8 photos over the course of
approximately 1 month depicting terrible skin rashes. He said that
he felt sluggish at times, and, yet had terrible insomnia for the
month before he passed away.
In this exchange on Whatsapp on 25 September 2017, I think this
was the first time that he told me he was having these illness
problems, he said that he had vomited 17 times. Prior to this day, he
was in great health. He thought that it was because of some fish he
had eaten, but the symptoms persisted.

Mark: Deberías ir al médico.
Gonsalo: Ya estoy bien.

Gonsalo: Sí
Upon second review of our conversations that took place during this
final two month period of his life, I think that he was in serious
trouble, and he was reaching out to me for help. He attempted to see
doctors but he never seemed to get a definitive diagnosis. I looked for
matches to his skin rash and, until recently, could not identify what
was wrong with my friend. I have since discovered that arsenic and
other poisons can cause insomnia, anxiety, fatigue, nausea, terrible
skin issues and high blood pressure. He displayed all of these
symptoms.
This is a photo that Mr. Dojaque sent to me on 3 October 2017 when
he was complaining about this painful skin condition he was
experiencing while having terrible nausea. His skin had developed
this condition with these terrible lesions and dark areas:
Gonsalo Skin Condition on 3 October 2017 Sent by Whatsapp
Here is an image taken from the Internet of someone diagnosed with
arsenic poisoning. It looks very similar to the image sent to me by
Mr. Dojaque.
In this photo he sent me on by Whatsapp on 5 October, his blood
pressure is dangerously high, 186 over 94!:
Looking again later, the dark areas on his skin seem indicative of
arsenic poisoning. Hypertension (high blood pressure) is another
symptom of arsenic poisoning. He was complaining about chronic
nausea, as demonstrated in numerous text messages and a video
that he sent me. Nausea is also a symptom of arsenic. I tried to help
him, but I could not figure out what was happening to my friend.
Because we had confronted this financial issue of missing funds the
day before that he passed away, at rst I believed the suicide story,
thinking that he was just stressed about money and perhaps other
issues. However, upon examination of the coroner report, having
seen the cable with the two cable clamps and having had time to
review his illness, and all of the other evidence and indicators,
Page 13 of 23
including violent tendencies of his in-laws, and especially the timing
of his death, I think now that he was murdered, and it was likely
over money.
Gonsalo and I had many ups and downs in our business relationship
and dealings, but, even so, I considered him to be my best friend. We
had been through many such issues in the rapid growth and
adventure of building our business together. This suited both of us
and money issues were never something to stop us. He had so much
to live for, and he was so incredibly resilient, he would have bounced
back from any issues that we were having at the moment of his
death. He knew it and I knew it. To us, I think, our business was like
a frenetic roller coaster ride, and we loved the adventure of it! His
[REDACTED] and [REDACTED] hated SOLARSNAP and they did not
get it.
Somebody brought him down, and I knew that something strange
was going on before he passed away. Towards the end of his life I
was becoming frantic and not sure where to turn, so I contacted
Jane Doe five days before his death and suggested that she look after
him. She never returned my plea for assistance for [REDACTED], nor
any of my messages after 1 November 2017. In my manner of
investigating things, I had chosen her to gauge her responses. I was
trying to figure out what may be happening.
These are the few final messages that I sent to Jane Doe, first a plea
to help Gonsalo and then my giving her my condolences over his
passing, which occurred just 6 days later:
“I am very worried about Gonsalo”
“Estoy muy preocupado por Gonsalo”.
This should make it clear that there was a serious issue, and was
trying to raise the alarm that Gonsalo needed attention. Yet she
provides no response before or even after his death. This was
[REDACTED]. Why did she not react in surprise after his death, that
I had had the insight to contact her five days before, or perhaps
some lamenting? Is she perhaps hiding serious abuses of fiduciary
trust or perhaps worse?
In another conversation on the same day, 10 November, 6 days
before his passing, Gonsalo and I had this exchange, it was a Friday
afternoon:
"You look like death. Please get rest and take care of yourself".
"Te ves como la muerte. Por favor, descansa y cuídate".
This was the same day that I sent my message to Jane Doe asking
her for help in looking after [REDACTED]. Why did she never
respond?
Why was he so sick? Yet, his body was destroyed in a furnace 36
hours after his death. What were the toxicological examination
results? Jane Doe was the chef for Gonsalo Dojaque, and prepared
daily meals for him. She therefore had at her disposal opportunity.
Mr. Dojaque and I were intensely involved in finishing a large solar
installation project together for our company which was evidenced by
our non stop conversations over the previous months. He was busy
in a good way in life doing what he loved most, I cannot imagine him
having any time to contemplate his own demise, especially self
inflicted. The thefts were inspired and carried out mostly by Jon and
Jane Doe, who is [REDACTED]. I had given him an escape route in
life and he had began taking steps. He made no talk with me of being
sad or not wanting to live. The issues that we were facing, we were
Page 17 of 23
doing so together as partners, and he took them all in stride just as
he had always done. Yet, he was obviously physically ill and not
functioning normally.
Maybe he was being slowly murdered up until our final meeting, but
the planning of an audit and an immediate return of a portion of the
stolen money had, perhaps, pushed the Doe’s over the edge. If they
had waited just one more day, the returned money and open
discussions about an audit would have become signals to the police
against them. If he had delivered that money, it would have meant
that [REDACT] owed SolarSnap from some unrecorded debt. If
someone was poisoning him and wanted to stop him, and keep things
quiet, that would have been the final day to do so. Furthermore,
someone stopped the return of the money that he was collecting to give
back to SOLARSNAP. If they were on board about our plans, why keep
the money?
At 8:24 PM, just a few hours after our meeting, he sent me the image
of the check.
Image of Whatsapp conversation, repayment check intended to be
Page 18 of 23
delivered to SOLARSNAP to begin returning the stolen funds
“I told you i got payment for [REDACT]”
"Te dije que tengo el pago de [REDACT]"
The speedy acquisition of this check, just a few hours after our
meeting where he had agreed to begin collecting money from his
[REDACT] business partner and [REDACTED] and returning it to
SOLARSNAP, seems to infer acquiescence to repatriation of funds
and culpability in the matter. [REDACT] had never given
SOLARSNAP money. The man had decided to stand up to the Doe’s
and he was going around making things right. Yet, the only proof I
have of this check is in the Whatsapp message that he sent me at
8:22 PM. This was the last message that I would ever receive from
my business partner and best friend, in his entire life. We exchanged
thousands and thousands of messages, and this was his last
message to me. What happened to him from 8:22 PM on 15
November 2017 until his death the following morning?
I never spoke with or heard from him again. The next time I saw him
was in a funeral parlor two days later with what appeared to be a
broken neck. What were his exact movements and activities in this
final evening and next morning of his life?
If Mr. Dojaque was in fact being poisoned, then it is likely that there
was an objection from him against his family and their rampant
thefts taking place against SOLARSNAP. This is consistent with my
belief about Gonsalo: he felt caught in the middle, trapped between
his obligations in [REDACTED] and the two most significant
business partnerships in his life. He had likely become an unwilling
accomplice to such thefts against the company, and there may have
been some form of extortion taking place. It was like an unspoken
contract that we had together, where I tolerated way too much in
order to help him to survive and, at some point, possibly escape from
this unhealthy dynamic and life. But, he never made it out. I had
pushed the situation along in November by demanding that his wife
come forth and submit to an audit, perhaps because I saw his
deteriorating health and sensed some urgency in the matter.
If he was murdered by his [REDACTED], then perhaps he was in the
process of finally severing the bonds to get away from his
[REDACTED] and [REDACT]. In fact, Mr. Dojaque had another
[REDACTED] in his life with whom he had had a [REDACTED]. I
discovered this after his death and that they were spending a great
Page 19 of 23
deal of time together, communicating frequently, right up until the
time of his death. Perhaps [REDACTED] considered this to be
[REDACTED], and yet another [REDACTED] difference. Perhaps he
had even asked for a [REDACTED] on 15 November 2017, the last
night of his life?
As part of our investigation we conducted an interview with the other
[REDACTED] in Gonsalo’s life. She reported that a short while after
the death of her [REDACTED], Gonsalo, someone had stolen her car.
At the time of this interview, the car had been located, but the
Sonora police were refusing to return her car. She seemed to be
experiencing pressures of her own. This fits perfectly with the well
established and demonstrated modus operandi: felonious and often
time violent crimes committed against the enemies of Jon and Jane
Doe which are then sanctified and reinforced with the support of the
Sonora state police authorities.
It has therefore been demonstrated that there existed the primary
elements for a murder by way of means, motive and opportunity.
Furthermore, there exists extensive and well documented precursor
crimes, including the theft of large sums of money, that have gone
unprosecuted much to the benefit of the Doe’s. I think that a police
investigation into the death of Mr. Dojaque and the herein described
financial crimes is warranted. Even if [REDACTED] did not directly
murder Gonsalo, perhaps they had broken him down through
poisons and psychological abuse to such a degree that he could be
forcibly compelled to take his own life. This would at least make
them accessories and perhaps guilty of manslaughter.
In my opinion, having been one of the most, if not the most
connected in his daily life from a business and work activities point
of view, I seriously doubt that he wanted to leave this life and that it
would have taken many people to hold him down to put that cable
around his neck, with two cable clamps, until he could be made to
stop breathing. I am sure that he would have fought brave and hard
against any such action. With such an apparatus he was probably
deceased before they hung him. The hanging was just part of the
deception. I would question the Sonora state police, their
investigation and the very basis of their authority to be called
enforcers of the law given the parties aligned against Mr. Dojaque,
myself and SOLARSNAP. They should hereby be reclused for conflict
of interest.
Mr. and Ms. Doe have both stated in no uncertain terms that they
Page 20 of 23
will find a way to shutdown SolarSnap at any price. Mr. Doe has
made it clear that he intends to take the SOLARSNAP property for
themselves by any means possible. Their favored methods are theft,
bribery, abuse of police powers and perhaps even murder. As the
leader of the company I have a different plan. It is my wish that
SOLARSNAP shall now legally seek remuneration for the thefts
committed by the Doe’s through a legally sanctified and honest civil
process and that all serious crimes that they have committed now be
prosecuted. I would like to uncover and to know the truth about the
passing of my friend, Gonsalo Dojaque Acuna, and I would like to be
afforded the freedom to investigate the matter more deeply. We come
forward to your honor seeking protection against any unlawful future
actions, directly or indirectly made by Jon and Jane Doe in the
matter. Specifically, we would kindly ask that the State of Sonora be
restrained from being used as a weapon to attack us during this
legal campaign, to protect and heal our enterprise, and perhaps
undo a few false narratives. We seek only truth and justice.
Thank you for your consideration and support.
In the aftermath of the tragic passing of Gonsalo Dojaque Acuna,
SOLARSNAP and its workers were subjected to a offensive tirade
brought on by Jon and Jane Doe. The two attempted to jail Mr.
Williamson and other workers and to unlawfully commit real estate
fraud.
The attacks on the corporation have continued ever since and at
times have been quite violent. In 2018 Jon and Jane Doe conspired
with members of the Grijalva Gamez family to kidnap, stalk and
terrorize members of the undersigned, openly threatening on
Facebook to murder them and burn their cars and homes (see
Exhibit AS). In 2017, the Doe’s sent a CFE insider into CFE offices to
steal paperwork for the electrification project of SOLARSNAP, leaving
the new factory without power (See Exhibit BE, ACUNA VS
SOLARSNAP, Page 17, Hecho #6). In 2018, they violently ripped the
front gate from the hinges of the factory using heavy machinery (See
also Exhibit BE, Page 17, Hecho #8). Then in 2019, they paid Sonora
state police and prosecutors in an effort to destroy the solar sales
marketplace for the undersigned and to criminally charge Mr.
Williamson and a coworker with stealing their own solar panels
during a SOLARSNAP installation project. This fraudulent criminal
indictment threatened the two members of the undersigned with the
potential of 12 years in prison.
This false frame-up of a 45 solar panel theft was actually a trap set
by associates and family members of the Doe’s living in San Pedro.
Ms. Gamez Grijalva, daughter to Magda Grijalva, is a business
associate and [REDACTED] to Jon and Jane, and in October of 2018,
she entered the SOLARSNAP Hermosillo store posing as a legitimate
customer and then lured Mr. Williamson and another SOLARSNAP
worker onto her father’s remote ranch before kidnapping and
terrorizing them. They then followed up by stalking and attacking
them on social media and drove SOLARSNAP out of its own
Hermosillo store.
At nearly the same time of setting up this false criminal conspiracy
against members of the undersigned, another [REDACTED], the
mother of Mr. Dojaque Acuna, filed a fraudulent real estate case
against the corporation in an effort to overwhelm and deluge the
company and its resources. Lawsuit documents are presented herein
as Exhibit BE, Acuna vs SOLARSNAP.
This fraudulent real estate lawsuit was made within guise of being a
recovery effort against land squatters, led against the undersigned
where it was alleged that members of the THIRD PARTY
INTERESTED suddenly awoke one day in the year 2018 and were
shocked to discover an 800 square meter SOLARSNAP, multi million
peso installation had been built upon their property without their
consent or knowledge. It was likely believed that this case, although
lacking in merit, would meet with little or no opposition in the
coordinated attack of simultaneously jailing the leaders of
SOLARSNAP. The THIRD PARTY INTERESTED had hoped that by
inventing a fraudulent criminal case this would result in a
diminished response and a defenseless organization. The suit,
however, was not only responded to but, countered by SOLARSNAP
for the aforementioned financial thefts and various other allegations
and abuses towards the corporation. The judge in the case denied
successive requests by SOLARSNAP to investigate real estate fraud,
however, the case was finally dismissed due to a lack of prosecution
on November 27, 2021.
Much of the content of this relief request centers around the matter
of false imprisonment, stalking and a fraudulent police case brought
against members of the undersigned. These attacks were highly
destructive to the lives of these members and to SOLARSNAP. The
abhorrent misconduct of the RESPONSIBLE AUTHORITIES shall be
